Join us as we send our Girls' Soccer Team to the STATE CHAMPIONSHIP! Wear your Cougar purple on Wednesday (early release day) for another CSHS State Send-off!
If you want to ride the fan bus to the game on Thursday, be sure to pick up a permission form from the front office and turn it in by Wednesday afternoon. You must have passed all classes on the 5th Six Weeks report card. Permission forms were given out today during US History classes. These must be returned before the end of the day Wednesday.
If a student does not have a US History class (and is classified as a Junior), please see Mrs. Mishler for a form or download it here. *Note: The field trip form states that students will report to first period. They should instead report to the cafeteria. We will take attendance as students get on the bus that morning. As a reminder, all phones and bags should be left at home/school to expedite the security check-in process. If a student has special dietary needs (and cannot eat a sandwich lunch with chips and a cookie), please notify Mrs. Mishler so she can help make arrangements. On January 15, 2015, the Junior Class will be heading to the George Bush Library at Texas A&M. All students will report to the cafeteria at 8:20 AM to load the buses (bus rosters will be in the cafeteria). We will be back to school before the end of the day.
Students will spend the day rotating through presentations, speakers and tours related to current library exhibits. Since students will be required to go through security checkpoints, they are required to leave all personal belongings (i.e. backpacks, large bags, cell phones) at home. Lunch will be provided. Students must ride the bus to and from the library. All Juniors are expected to attend this field trip as it is part of the High School Days Program sponsored by the Bush Library. Permission slips will be handed out during history classes. If you do not have a history class, see Mrs. Mishler. Students will leave school once we return to campus. |
